Junior Industrial Designer at PONG


The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated Industrial Designer to join our team in Berlin, where you’ll work on exciting and meaningful projects across a variety of brands—helping to create products that make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.

This is an entry-level opportunity to start your design career in a hands-on environment that places you at the heart of real-world innovation.

About You

You have 0–2 years of experience, a strong eye for details, and a love for problem-solving. You’re curious, eco-conscious, and eager to collaborate with a small team that values creativity and quality. Most importantly, you’re someone who’s ready to learn, share ideas, and work towards a shared vision.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Industrial Design (or equivalent)

  • 0–2 years of professional experience (at least one internship- studio or in-house)

  • Strong 3D modeling skills (preferably Rhino or Fusion 360)

  • Excellent visualization skills (KeyShot preferred; Blender is a plus)

  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D design tools (Adobe Creative Suite; Figma is a plus)

  • Experience or interest in using AI tools to enhance design workflows 

  • Comfortable with various prototyping tools and techniques

  • A creative, problem-solving mindset—thinking outside the box is essential

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong industrial design work

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

Responsibilities & Qualities

  • Contribute creative and innovative ideas to create iconic, contemporary designs

  • Maintain design integrity from concept to production

  • A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail

  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners

  • Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and manufacturers to bring designs to life

  • Occasionally support studio operations, including social media and web content

  • Bring a positive, team-oriented mindset to the studio and beyond
