Job Description:

• Visualizing research insights using task/system maps, wireframes, and other charts or representations, as well as traditional written reports.

• Conducting user research (both field and lab research) to understand the unmet needs of customers.

• Analyzing and documenting user needs, competitive products, and industry trends.

• Collaborating with teams of designers, engineers, and other researchers.

• Developing and organizing workshops with stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate should be a Design student with a strong interest in design research who can contribute to our growing Design Research team at Crown Equipment.

• Excellent communications skills including visualization, communication design, and written narratives.

• Ability to excel in a challenging fast paced environment.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work in a continuously iterative research process Interest in user research, ethnography, or human factors.

• Candidate must have own means of reliable transportation and live within a 2-hr. commuting distance of New Bremen, OH.
