Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Foam Fabricator located in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The Foam Fabricator will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling foam materials to create elements for entertainment robotics and characters. This role requires precise craftsmanship, adherence to design specifications, and collaboration with other team members to ensure high-quality production. Additional duties may include maintaining tools, ensuring safety standards are followed, and assisting with problem-solving during the production process.
Qualifications
Experience in foam cutting, shaping, and assembling materials to create detailed and accurate forms
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and foam crafting equipment
Ability to interpret design specifications and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a creative and technical team
Knowledge of safety practices in a fabrication or workshop environment
Prior experience in themed entertainment, fabrication, or construction is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in related fields are advantageous
