Adirondack Studios is currently growing its Technical Design Department and is hiring project-based technical design leaders in all its North American locations.

The successful candidates will lead key projects for legacy ADKS clients as directed by ADKS' Technical Director. Tasks will include:
- Managing a team of Technical Designers and outside partners to produce drawings for ADKS fabricators, external partners, and clients;
- Working closely with Project Managers and Production Managers to bring projects in on time and under budget;
- Attending internal as well as client coordination meetings;
- Tracking and reporting of progress throughout the duration of the project;
- Drafting and modeling.

Strong experience with AutoCAD and inventor is required; working knowledge of Rhino and REVIT is strongly desired.

This opportunity is an in-studio contract position with an expected duration of 8-12 months with potential for extension. Although this opportunity is project-specific, there may be tasks assigned to support other ADKS projects as needed.
