Children love stories. Whether it's listening along or creating their own, their imagination is limitless. There are very few toys designed to foster this creativity in children with visual limitations. My goal is to bring story and the ability to create to every child, no matter the constraints.

Maintaining speed and consistency in Chick-fil-A’s high-volume drive-thru operations is critical to guest experience and performance. This project aims to reduce equipment-related downtime by designing a proactive charging and visibility system that ensures device readiness, lowers team stress, and improves operational efficiency.

Bible Project Experience exhibit for the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C.

The museum currently has no free available exhibit to draw people in. The goal of this project is to design a new eye-catching exhibit space on the top level of the museum to interest visitors with what the rest of the museum has to offer.

Using empathy-driven research and service design methods, this project will explore how clinical trials can better serve patients and care teams. Rethinking how people join and experience trials will make participation accessible and efficient. Reducing burdens and improving workflows will provide dignity and diversity to clinical trial research.
