On Friday, November 11, a team from the International Center for Creativity visited the largest Christian K-12 school in the region, Worthington Christian School, to inform and inspire future designers who might not know there are fantastic careers in creativity.
ICC's Trayton Ojala, Jacob Tesmer and Gabe Pyle visited a 7th grade college and career class, an advanced media class, did a "meet and greet" in the student commons, and led two upper school art and design classes in perspective drawing workshops.
"So often we hear from people that they would have loved to have majored in industrial and innovative design and would have if they had known that it existed, so that is what we are doing. These students need to know that there are good careers that need their creativity," said Trayton Ojala, Industrial Designer/Marketing Relations for the ICC.
Thank you to the entire WCS Upper School leadership team for the invitation!
