K-12 Innovation School

in Partnership with the Kosovo Leadership Academy

The Kosovo Leadership Academy (KLA) exists to improve communities by developing young people who learn, live, and lead with excellence, and when Founder and Executive Director, Nadine Hennesey was searching for innovative curriculum for the new K-12 expansion, she found the International Center for Creativity.

With common goals and a desire to positively impact young people both here and abroad, the ICC joined forces with the KLA to support them in creating critical thinkers, creative problem solvers and effective communicators to help transform the country of Kosovo!

The International Center for Creativity now supports the KLA through providing innovative curriculum, short-term teachers who are graduates of the ICC, resource sharing and our administration currently serves on the KLA School Board.

Kosovo is the youngest nation in Europe both chronologically and demographically and now, only 20 years from its liberation, the country is transforming from the ruins of war to an emerging success story that only needs partners and support to reach its full potential. The ICC is committed to come alongside of the KLA to continue to positively impact its community in Mitrovica, but also the nation and Balkan region.
